The Full English – Suffolk dry-cured bacon; black pudding; Old English pork sausage:

Two poached eggs on hand-cut, buttered white or granary toast
Church Farm yoghurt with spiced fruit compote and toasted granola
(fresh fruit salad from late June to October)
French toast with real maple syrup and crisp streaky bacon (£3.50 supplement)
Wester Ross oak-smoked salmon and scrambled eggs (£3.50 supplement)
Egg Benedict – muffin, Suffolk ham, poached egg & hollandaise (£3.50 supplement)

Breakfast includes hand-cut white and brown toast, croissant and pain au chocolat;
Longman Farm’s unsalted butter; Wendy Brandon’s marmalade, High House Farm’s
loganberry jam and Suffolk Meadow honey. Gluten-free bread and muesli as well as
soya spread, milk & yoghurt are also available.Eggs are free-range from Happy Hens.
