Porridge – hot conservation-grade oats served with milk or cream
Cereals – Shredded Wheat or cornflakes or organic muesli or Weetabix
Fruit compote – Earl Grey, cinnamon & orange-poached dry fruits
Natural Greek yoghurt – with or without toasted granola and fruit compote


main dishes
The Full English – Suffolk dry-cured bacon; black pudding; Old English pork sausage:
field mushroom; grilled tomato; fried or poached egg
Two poached eggs on hand-cut, buttered white or granary toast
Undyed smoked haddock with a poached egg on top (or not)
French toast with real maple syrup and crisp streaky bacon
Egg Benedict – muffin, Suffolk ham, poached egg & hollandaise (weekend menu only)

Ingredients: Lane Farm’s bacon and black pudding, Revett’s sausages, Happy Hens of Hoxne free-range eggs, Rachel’s organic unsalted butter, Wendy Brandon’s marmalade, High House Farm’s loganberry jam and Suffolk Meadow honey. We make toast from Pump Street Bakery's sourdough bread and raisin bread. Gluten-free bread and muesli as well as soya spread, milk & yoghurt are also available.

Non-residents’ breakfast charged at £18.50 (free choice) per person .
Room service continental breakfast is served between 8.00 - 10.30 am (last orders).
