Ruth has twice won the much coveted Glenfiddich award for food writing and was Food Editor on the Saturday Weekend Magazine for the Daily Mail, as well as being Contributing Food Editor for Sainsbury’s Magazine. She has also contributed to other magazines and newspapers.
