Our better house double (room 7) is in its own category because, on the plus side, it is a pretty, light-filled room with extensive views towards the estuary and sea. On the minus side, the room is above the kitchen.The extraction system is only on during service, and turned off at night, but those with particularly sensitive hearing or nervous disposition (like Ruth) might find it disturbing.

Room 7 is a medium-sized room with a queensize bed (5' x 6' 6"). The bathroom is quite small but recently refurbished with a power shower over the bath – and, incidentally, the only view of the castle in the entire building!
